15+ YEARS OF HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE

Practical by background.
Focused on results.

Akrill Operations is founded by Jonathan Akrill, an operations and inventory improvement specialist with more than 15 years of hands-on experience across automotive, manufacturing, logistics, distribution and high-volume inventory environments.

That matters because the work starts with the reality of the operation: how stock moves, where information breaks down, what people need to do their job properly and which controls will actually be used once the project is complete.

The aim is not to replace your existing systems with something bigger. It is to make what you already have clearer, more reliable and easier to run.

HOW THE EXPERIENCE HELPS

Analysis is only useful when it improves the work.

From inventory accuracy and discrepancy investigation to reporting, PFEP, SOPs and process controls, Akrill Operations turns operational detail into practical improvements your team can understand and keep using.

Support can be delivered as a focused project, alongside an existing leadership team, or as specialist capacity within a wider improvement programme.

THE AO WAY

Good operational improvement is clear, practical and built to last.

See what is really happening

Start with the people, process and data in front of us—not a pre-packaged answer.

Make data useful

Turn spreadsheets, stock records and operational detail into information people can act on.

Improve what lasts

Put in place controls, documents and ways of working that make sense in the real world.

WHERE AO ADDS VALUE

Operational support without the theatre.

Whether the issue is inaccurate stock, disconnected reporting, unclear handovers or a process that has slowly stopped working, the focus is on getting to the root cause and leaving behind a stronger way of operating.
